No 1Password prompt on Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping

1Password is not offering to fill a password on the sign in page for the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping site. When I start at https://www.mileageplanshopping.com, I'm redirected to the sign-in page on https://www.alaskaair.com/SSO/signin (which I have a saved password for), but the fields don't seem to be recognized for autofill. Autofill does work on the regular Alaska Airlines sign-in page at https://www.alaskaair.com/www2/ssl/myalaskaair/myalaskaair.aspx

I have to manually copy/paste the password from the 1Password Extension pane to log in. Please let me know if there's any other info I can provide to help here.

Hey @schumatt ,

Thanks for reporting this. It seems that this website uses some shadow elements that throw 1Password off a bit.
We currently do not fully support shadow elements, but I'll add this website and your report to the feature request's log.

In the meantime, you can use the drag and drop method:

1. Get to the login page.
2. Click the 1Password icon on the top right corner of your browser to open it.
3. Grab the username/password with your mouse and drag it into the fields on the website's form.

I hope that will help you out for now :)
