On my wife's new M1 Mac mini, the "Require Master Password" field is greyed out and stuck on "1 Week". On my M1 MBP, this field is changeable as expected. We both have the latest version of 1Password 7.7 and macOS 11.2.2. Any suggestions?

    Hi @LarryMcJ!

    Is this the only settings that is greyed out, and that she cannot change in that Preferences window?

    Yes. I've configured all her preferences to mirror mine. Here's a screenshot.

    @LarryMcJ:

    I don't have a MacBook with Touch ID available to test this, so I might be wrong, but I think that setting activates when the unlock with Apple Watch feature is enabled. Do you by chance have an Apple Watch, which you use to unlock 1Password, configured in your 1Password for Mac app?

    That's probably the answer! Yes, I have an Apple Watch and MacBook Pro. My wife has an Apple Watch, but the Mac mini, which is certainly why it's greyed out in her preferences. Thanks ag_ana!
