Item Not Found error when adding or modifying item

I have been encountering this error in the web app for a while now, but it does not happen consistently.

This error appeared after I added an item in Software Licenses

This error appeared after I updated a login entry using the "Scan 2FA QR code" button in 1PasswordX

This error appeared after I updated a label.

It also happens when I search and then I go back or go forward using the navigation of the browser.

It seems the issue is happening whenever the content is refreshed.
