Change from .com version to stand alone version

Currently, have a family .com version (App Store). I would like to change over to the old fashion AgileBits version. I need a dummies approach on how to do this on a couple of machines. Part of the reason is I do not have any reason for any type of sync. I will keep a backup locally. Thanks.
