reversing an accidental suspension with a linked family account

One of our admins accidentally suspended one of our business account users on March 3 & they had a linked family account. Both accounts were correctly suspended & they complained today. We restored their business account which immediately became available to them again, but their family account remains suspended.

Is there any action required on our part or theirs to reinstate their family account? Is it expected that the family account takes a while longer to restore to an active state?

    When a member within a business account is suspended, this will cause any family account they may have linked to be unlinked from their business account entirely. If the user is eventually allowed back into the business account, they'd just need to follow the steps we have to link a family account as if they were doing it for the first time:
