I have accounts that require 3 fields to log in. How do add a third field 1password?

How do you add a third field in 1password that is required to log into a site? Mac 1Pasword 7.7, MacOS 11.2.2, Sufari

    Thanks for your question! 1Password should automatically detect that third field and allow you to save your data from it to your login. Try saving your login manually with all three fields - https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/ If you're still unable to save all three fields, please let me know! If you can pass along the URL to your site and/or form, I'll be happy to check it out.
