Account set up but does not open.

I click on login name on website in 1password. Then I use fingerprint to add password to log in. It does not fill in password.
Most accounts work as expected. Some do not.
For obvious reasons, I am not ready to fully trust 1password - which defeats the purpose.
Suggestions?

    What website is this happening with, so we can test it? Also, if you could share the version of the 1Password app that you are using, and the operating system version, that would also be very useful. Thank you!
