I have a login using my user name and password. But, I can't log in to start the free trial as an individual - frokeefe.
My "team" is already used with my email address. ???

    @frokeefe Where did you sign up? The first link creates an account for posting on this forum. The second one starts a 1Password subscription. Have you done both?

    I managed to do both, although there is no indication that such is necessary. I think the procedure could be explained clearly for old duffers like me.

    Hi @frokeefe!

    The 1Password service and the 1Password community forum are kept separate for security reasons, so you will need two separate logins. This is also because not every user has to sign up to the support forum in case they don't want to, and instead prefer to get in touch with us via email :)
