Switching to individual plan from a family plan

Hi. I own a family plan of 1Password. My brother and I use it. I want to delete my own personal vault from the family plan and then give it to my brother to use an individual plan.

All I have to do is delete my personal vault and then change the plan to the individual plan?
Will then my brother be able to see his own vault?

    My brother is now a family member. If I want to leave the plan and let him be the Family Organizer and use 1Password himself with his wife, how should I leave 1Password? Thanks.
