Can't log into 1Password app after recovery
Options
We had to recover my son's account after he forgot his Master password. After completing the recovery process, he is able to successfully log in via the 1password.com website, but he's getting an error message when he tries to log in via the iOS app. Thoughts on why that could be?

The iOS app is probably still expecting the old information. Can you try resetting the app?

Afterwards, you should be able to add your new credentials, since they worked on the website already :+1:

We have done that twice (delete and reinstall) and the issue still persists.
