Not linking to Safari. (Big Sur 11.2.2)

The Open and Fill does not work. Also, when I get a 1Password prompt when accessing a website, it does nothing. Worked fine until recently, maybe the last OS update? The extension is selected and I have exited 1 password and started over. No luck

    Never mind. Restarted Mac (AGAIN) and this time it worked.
