Can someone please respond? Have tried multiple times now.

I am asking for help in every way I possibly can and I'm getting no response. I don't understand.

Now I've tried email, this forum twice, Facebook even.

    My apologies; I see my colleague Josephine responded to your email 2 hours ago. Let's continue the conversation there to avoid duplicating efforts. One of us will respond to your email follow-up as soon as we can. Contacting us through multiple channels about the same issue through multiple channels will slow the process both for you and others waiting. I understand it is frustrating waiting for answers.
