1password mac app not unlocking after a master password change.
I have had multiple team members reset their master passwords and afterwards, they have been unable to unlock the mac app. The 1password chrome extension does unlock.
Troubleshooting so far:
1. relaunch 1password for Mac
2. restart Mac
3. reinstall 1password for Mac
I also reinstalled the chrome extension for one of my team members and removed a 1password plist file from ~/Library/Preferences for another (neither helped).

Hi @timuism!
If the team members forgot the Master Password used to configure the Mac app, reinstalling would not remove the previous account information. In that case, they would need to reset the 1Password app instead:
