old version of 1password gets installed on another chrome profile

I'm have two user profiles set up on Chrome, and I've installed 1Password on both. On the first/original profile, 1Password works great, and 1Password Mini pops out when I click on the button in the extension.

On the second/newer profile, I see what looks to be a slightly different UI (different font sizes, spacing, etc.). It also lags (5+ seconds) when I try to type in my password. I see this when I hit the Settings button:

Why is this happening? I'd like to have both profiles use same 1Password dialog.
