Location of data in icloud?

I just switched sync'ing on my iMac (1P6) and iPad/iPhone (1P7) from Dropbox to iCloud and it seems to be working.
Should I see a new .agilekeychain file in iCloud?

Syncing over iCloud uses Cloud-kit, a system Apple developed to allow for data safety and stability. It's only available to applications, and it's not directly accessible to the end-user, such as yourself. That's why it doesn't show up inside iCloud drive.

Now that I've created a membership account, is iCloud irrelevant? (i.e., the only sync'ing method available is via my account?)
If so, do I need to do something to delete the obsolete iCloud data?

Yes, iCloud won't be necessary anymore if you sync your data via 1Password.com now.

You can remove the old Primary vault (synced to iCloud) from your 1Password data now, so you don't have duplicate locations.
