cannot migrate from keychain (Bigsur) [Solved]

Hello
I'm trying to use the mrc-converter to migrate my iCloud Keychain, but when I copy it to my local keychain created (local-cloud) as the readme file instructed, besides the password prompt (I'm using the provided script to automate that) it appears an error message "An error has occurred. Unable to add an item to the current keychain. One or more parameters passed to a function were not valid."
This error message keep appearing and cannot finish the copy operation.
Any tips for this problem ?

Use Get_Safari12_Passwords included in the converter suite. it works from Safari 12 and up. Don't use the script written in the README, as noted there, it won't work in newer versions of macOS (it is for local keychains, and you cannot reliable copy the iCloud keychain any longer).

Be sure to have Safari quit - the script will do that for you - and let the script run through to completion before you use your Mac. Also when the dialog asks, be sure to enter your password to unlock Safari's passwords dialog before you hit the Continue button.
