I've been using 1password since 1password 4 but was afraid to move to a cloud based system
But, I finally made the switch and can't be happier.

I can't find myself a better way to spend 2.99 bucks per month anywhere else :)

Thanks to all the great work from AgileBits and hope the standards you hold today does not change over time!

Love ya 3000!

    I too have been using 1Password since version 4.4 and bought license then.
    I'm buying a new MacBook soon and will be moving to the subscription based.
    Should I make the switch on my old 2012 Mac or wait and make the switch on my new one.?
    How do I make the switch?

    @pk712 I would make the switch on the old 2012 Mac because you need to move the data on there into your 1password.com account. The instructions are on the following page. Let us know if you need any help.

    @pk712:

    Doing the migration from the old computer will be easier, but it depends on the version of the 1Password app that you are running there. What version of 1Password for Mac do you have installed on your Mac?

    I have 1Password 6.8.9 and still Mojave on my Mac 10.14.6
    I delayed buying a new Mac waiting for the the Apple chip.
    I also run 1Password on my iPhone 11.

    @pk712:

    Thank you for the confirmation! You can then migrate directly from 1Password 6, perhaps it will be a bit quicker:

    Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account
