installation failed on MacOS Big Sur. So, what's next?
I downloaded the app as indicated today - I'm assuming this is the latest version. I am running the latest version of the MacOS (big sur, 11.2.3). I clicked through the installation instructions and when it reached the final step in installation it said "installation failed." Seriously, that is it.
FYI, this has been really frustrating, matched by equal frustration in my inability to log into the apple app despite the appearance of entering all the copious information correctly, followed by the inconvenience of having to create another log in - for the 1pasword community, and also following the general inconvenience of switching managers. Can you provide live customer support to new customers who are struggling? This has been several hours of work when I really don't have that time.

resolved problem by simply trying it again. I can't figure out how to close this.
