Not filling username and password in website

When attempting to login to my local power company site https://customerservice2.southerncompany.com/Login?mnuOpco=GPC to view my account, 1PasswordX will not fill in the username and account information even though I have it saved within 1Password. I am able to manually copy n paste in the _username _and _password _fine however. I'm using the latest version of Chrome. Wasn't sure if this was a situation where maybe I had to use custom fields within the vault entry to get it to work or not. This is the final login out of a little over 300 to get working to complete my transition from Dashlane. Any help or pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.

    Hi @wbwhaley, I hope you're doing well! I took a look at your site and was able to fill a test login successfully. Could you manually save your login for the site and try filling with it? Here's how to manually save a login: https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/

    Hi @Joy_1P , THANK YOU for that solution! Worked perfectly for me when manually saving the login as the link directed. I'm guessing it was a self inflicted issue by importing everything from Dashlane and then getting things to working right.
