Hi @ymi!

Just to make sure we are on the same page: it is not possible to move items from one category to the other (for example, from the Login category to the Identity category), it is only possible to move items from one vault to another. Can you confirm if you are referring to categories or vaults?

Thank you for the confirmation! That would explain it then: the only exception to this is converting a Password item to a Login item, which is possible, but other than that, the Move button only allows you to move items between vaults. Sorry for the confusion!

Correct.

My understanding is because the templates of the categories are very different from each other, so converting would be difficult (and sometimes not even possible probably), since they include very different fields. For example, converting a Passport item to a Server item would not work at all. The only categories that are similar are Passwords and Logins (since a Password item is just a Login item without a username).
