iPhone and laptop (1Password) not syncing with browsers

iPhone and laptop not syncing with browsers.

I don't know what I've done wrong but my iPhone and laptop has logins that Chrome and firefox extensions don't have, making it frustrating when loging into certain sites that login credentials are missing and therefore I need to check

1Password 7 on my laptop has three valuts
1/ Personal
2/ DBox
3/ ON ICLOUD (Primary)

1Password extensions (firefox and chrome) don't have all the ICLOUD logins
https://my.1password.com also doesn't have my iCloud logins

Why is this happening and what do I do to fix the problem?

Hi @lightcam!

1Password.com only shows you item on 1Password.com, it cannot show items on iCloud. Make sure you move the items that you have in your Primary vault from there to your Personal vault instead:

Move and copy items

This way, they will also show up in the Chrome extension and on 1Password.com :+1:

Yes, you can do that from the 1Password apps :+1: You can see the instructions to do that in the link I shared with you in my previous post, in the section Move or copy items in the apps :+1:
