How to get rid of the browser extension spam message
I recently got a new Mac and installed 1 Password7 on it (I use iCloud sync and have a license). I opened the app and installed the browser extensions through the 1Password7 app itself (Menu->1Password 7->Install Browser Extensions->Google Chrome). I'm using Chrome 89.0.4389.114 and whenever I sign into any site now, whether or not I use 1Password7, I get this "Welcome to 1Password7" popup
This is really annoying and it makes me not want to use the browser extension, and it pops up every time I log in anywhere. How do I make it go away?
1Password Version: 7.8 (70800001)
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: OS X 11.2.3
Sync Type: iCloud

Have you installed 1Password from the Mac App Store? This is often the cause of this behavior. You'll need to switch to the version from our site which supports our licenses.
