Sharing 1Password info with my assistant

I am new to 1Password. Just created a 1Password family account. There are certain log-ons that I would like to share with my assistant at work. Does she have to be part of my "family"? As a side-note, she also has 1Password at home.

    Yes indeed the two of you would each need an account within the same membership in order to share data. Creating a guest account for your assistant may be an appropriate solution. This allows you to share a single vault with the guest:

    Share with guests in 1Password Families

    Alternatively you could invite them as a family member, however they will then have de facto access to the built-in "Shared" vault, and would also have a "Personal" vault within your membership, which may be undesirable.
