How do I migrate vault(s) off 1Password Family?

Long story short, and very direct: husband is divorcing me. I need to give him directions to migrate his vault(s) off 1Password Family. Is there an FAQ on this? Are there instructions I can just send him and forget?

He has two options for this:

1. Exporting the data
2. Moving the data to his own 1Password account
