Issue with browser extension

    Hello,

    For me, those 2 actions fail:

    - "Open and fill" from Desktop 1Pws app -> web site is opened, but no field is filled
    -  Once website is opened in browser, clicking on 1Pwd browser extension does not fill anything neither
    

    I face those 2 issues whatever the website I focus on.

    Hi David,
    in my case the website was open in Safari, I opened it "normally" from the URL field before.

    What version of the 1Password browser extension are you using? And are you having this issue with the same website bwadm reported, or is this a separate issue?

    Hello ag_ana,
    Version of "1Password extension (desktop app required)" is 4.7.5.90
    Issues occurs whatever the website I open.
    Sorry if I should not have commented in this ticket, since my issue seems to be broader.

    When you click on the 1Password browser extension when the website is already open, do you see the list with the suggestions of the logins for that website come up?

    When clicking on the 1Password browser extension when the website is already open, nothing happens (and I see nothing in inspector "F12" in Chrome)

    Can you please start by trying the troubleshooting steps in this article, and see if one of them helps?

    Turning off then on again the 1Pwd extension solved the issue.
