choosing to erase one account
does erasing completely the app from a device affect the datas from the Chrome browser account?Because it looks like I have two accounts:
one with my Chrome browser and another with my Mac tower and they don't have the same master password.The one for the Chrome account works fine but the one for the device doesn't open the app and I don't remember its password.

This would depend on the type of browser extension that you are using in Chrome. What version of the 1Password browser extension do you have installed there?

Hey @LEMA_A_NSI ,
The extension you have installed in Chrome is directly connected to the 1Password desktop app and shows the content that exists in it. It also unlocks with the same Master Password that the desktop app uses.
Are you by any chance comparing the desktop app to your account on our website (https://my.1password.com)?
