Unlocking 1Password

Hello. I’ve been using faceID to unlock 1P. I tried to open but forgot I was wearing a mask and it transferred me to manual Master Password entry instead. I don’t recall setting a Master Password so I can’t do manual login. And I can’t figure out how to go back to Face ID. I’ve tried closing and restarting, unchecking and rechecking Face ID and nothing is working. HELP!
