Regression Introduced When Editing Entry with Keyboard Shortcut?

Hi there,

A couple of versions ago (I can't specifically mention when), I noticed something getting in the way of my workflow of editing entries (Cmd+e). After editing an entry and canceling/saving, when you trigger the shortcut to edit it again, the app focus on the username field instead of actually editing it. You have to press the keyboard shortcut again to actually go into edit mode.

How to reproduce:

  • Edit an entry (either via clicking the button or Cmd+e)
  • Cancel or save it
  • Press Cmd+e. The focus will go to the username field. Press Cmd+e again to actually go into edit mode

Another way to reproduce it with just Cmd+e

  • Focus on an entry
  • Cmd+e to edit it
  • Cmd+e to exit edit mode
  • Cmd+e focus on the username (should edit the entry)
  • Cmd+e finally edits the entry

This certainly wasn't happening before and was introduced a few versions ago.

I hope you can look into this as its quite annoying having to press the keyboard shortcut twice (specifically, the uncertainty of having to be thinking if I have to press it once or twice; depending if I came from edit mode or not) to go into edit mode.

Thanks.

    Hi @Dan_Aykroyd!

Thank you for reporting this! I was able to reproduce this issue on my machine, so I will open an internal issue so that the developers can look at this :)
