Credit Card CVV not auto-filling correctly

Hello, I've stored a few credit cards in 1Password and I noticed that when I entered my CVV (sometimes called CCV, CVC, CSC -- the three-digit number on the back of the card), it converted it to a much longer verification code.

Now, when I try to auto-fill my CC info on a website, it successfully fills out all of my information except for the CVV. Instead, it fills in what seems to be a random number. It's not my CVV, it's not a portion of the verification code that 1Password created. It's completely unuseful for saving credit cards because every single time I need to still go get my card out and get the number off the back.

Am I doing something wrong?!

    Hi @upupcreative!

it converted it to a much longer verification code.

What does this number look like exactly? Is it the same one every time, or does it change every time you fill your credit card?
