Password 7 refuses to open a website nor insert the password

The obstinate Password 7 refuses to comply to open a website and fill in the password.

  • extension successfully installed in Safari
  • Safari>Preferences>Extensions shows 1Password box checked
  • Both 1 Password and Safari installed on the directory in Applications
  • I upgraded from 1Password 6 to 1Password 7 and then realized it was "locked" for new entries and then purchased a license fo 1Password7

This is a real pain for a $65 purchase. Please either resolve or refund so I can go elsewhere. Lost my patience - cost me hugely on p-recious hours to troubleshoot this obstinate piece of SW.
