New Business Account

We just signed up for a new business account. All seems fine. We had one user that had an existing account. We did the adding them to the account and confirmation, etc. though they still can't see the shared vaults. Uninstalled the app. Reinstalled. Still the same. Is there another step we need to do to get the business functionality working for this user? This is on a Mac if that matters.
