Who the heck put marketing in charge 1Password UI Design????

I've been living this HUMONGOUS nightmare for a while and now and I can't STAND IT ANYMORE!!!
HELP!

    Thanks for the response.

    The tool tip is Ginormous, it as a big as a pop-up!

    I found that disabling the preference "Automatic show inline menu ..." helped.
    Now when I need 1Password I just press the 1Password icon in the far right of the text field.

    After 15-30 minutes of reading your Safari plug-in help page and fiddling with installing, reinstalling, killing the helper, restarting Safari and other things with the plug-in I finally got the Safari plug-in to work, not sure how but it's finally working again.
