Hello,

a short time ago it was possible to login this website with 1Password:

https://finanzonline.bmf.gv.at/fon/

It does not work anymore.

A manual login does not work either:

https://1password.community/discussion/64847/how-to-fill-a-3-fields-login_

I know these issues since several years. Now the manual save login does not solve the problem any more.

This is a problem that 1Password has not solved yet, it is really frustrating.

Does anybody knows a password manager without these problems?

Chris

    Hey @Passwordmanager ,

You didn't mention what is the version of the 1Password extension in your browser, but please try this:

    1. Save a new login on this website. It should save the username and PIN field from the website, but leave the password out.
    2. Edit the new login item.
    3. Select an empty label under the website URL and name it benid (all lowercase).
    4. Input your password in the field that belongs to that label, then change the field's type from "Text" to "Password".
    5. Click on "Save" to save your changes, then try to autofill the page and see if all three fields are being autofilled.

    Hello,

    thank your for your statement.

    Yes, this solution works.

But the problem is that I have about 30 logins on this website. All of these I have to change. Horrible!

And in some months this problem comes up again. I know this cause I use 1PW for several years.

I'm glad to hear that works @Passwordmanager .

As time goes by, we keep developing and changing 1Password. We cannot stay in the same spot for years on end, so new changes are implemented that bring new features and enhanced logic. The change you experienced here is a side effect and and not a planned change. We already have that website on our developers radar so hopefully we will be able to improve 1Password there in a future update.

For now, you will need to manually create that benid field in your logins, and that should stick and keep working with the current 1Password autofilling logic, which is not due to change again in the foreseeable future.
