How to remove old login info from suggestions?

I have been using 1 password for a long time. Now, when I go to login to a website, the "suggestions" option lists numerous old login info. How do I delete that old login info so that it doesn't show up in suggestions?

Extension Version: 7.8.1
OS Version: 11.2.3
Sync Type: 1Password

    Hi @Big_Dave!

    If you don't need these old login items, you can move them to the trash in 1Password for Mac :+1:

    They have all been trashed a long time ago. They just still show up if I click in the User ID field of the login page..

    See the screeshot. If I were to scroll down, you would see about 5 more old logins.

    @Big_Dave:

    I wonder if you have multiple vaults in your 1Password for Mac app, and if the suggestions are coming from there instead. How many vaults do you have in your 1Password app at the moment?
