How can I connect to 1Password when also connected to VPN?

Hi, I am using GooseVPN. When I am connected to internet via VPN, I can't login to 1Password. Is that a restriction?

    I discovered that when I choose another protocol, it works...

    Why does 1Password not work with IKEv2 protocol?

    When you say "you cannot login to 1Password", where do you mean exactly? In the app, in the extension or in the browser?
