New Family Members get their accounts frozen when their individual membership runs out

Hello team!
I recently added my father and my brother to my 1Password family account. However, when their individual accounts ran out, it froze them out, asking them to renew their subscription. However, they are confirmed, card carrying members of the family account (Status is "Active" on the family settings page).

Now one of them their account is frozen despite being a part of the family.
