Guys im locked out
I downloaded the 7 update by mistake!

I currently have the version prior & now im locked out
So on my mobile its still showing all my passwords but on desktop im locked out

now a feew days ago i signed up for the 1pass7 & started a trial and now its asking me for the new log in.
but i only have a few log ins in the 7.
i was jut trying it out

and my original account which doesnt even have a private key
im locked out

idk what to do & i need the passwords for my business
and theres no phone support
help please!!!!!!!

    OK so i have 6.8.9 and i just downloaded the old version of the extension & the app and everything works.

    So now how i guess i have to pay for 1pass 7?
    ive been a member since 2014 & there was never a momnthly charge

    so now how do i import the old vaults into the new 7 ?
    i dont see how to do that?
    because i dont have a private key , ive been a member before they private keys came out

    Just a quickie response. Yes, you have to pay for 1PW 7. Membership is by far the best way to go, but if you insist ona one-time licence you can buy one.

    Find your Secret Key or Setup Code should help you locate your Secret Key within the apps.

    • Never share your Master Password or Secret Key with anyone!
