Unable to log into iOS app though login to browser extension works
Hello, 1Password,
I've recently attempted to migrate my family from LastPass to 1Password, and for the most part that's gone well. However, my wife is unable to log into the 1Password app on her phone. She's logged in fine to the 1Password extension on her computer, but using the same master password on iOS gives her an incorrect login error. I've since twice attempted to recover her password as the family administrator and the same situation continues.
For what it's worth, I'm the only Android user in the house, and the kids were able to log in fine (also on iOS, though I suspect they don't use the browser extension since their school-provided Chromebooks limit their ability to install extensions).
What's the best way of debugging this further?

I've since twice attempted to recover her password as the family administrator and the same situation continues.
If you have recovered her account, you might also need to reset the app on her iOS device, so you can enter the new credentials:
