Replacing images in documents
I scanned a card into documents awhile back and just received an updated one. How I can I replace the old image with the new on without deleting the whole record?

Ios, iPadOS and macOS. Tried all three., latest versions of each.

Thank you for the confirmation! I believe you are right: I have tested this and I could not find a way to replace just the document without creating a new record I am afraid.

While this is not currently possible in the other apps, it is possible in the 1Password.com web app. I recorded a quick video showing how this can be done:
