I am getting an error when trying to add a Push Group from Okta to 1Password.

I am getting an error when trying to add a Push Group from Okta to 1Password. Provisioning from Okta to 1Password, including API Integration, appears to be set up properly and was working in the past. The push from Okta times out after about two minutes and gives an error message.

For example: "Failed on 05-05-2021 08:42:45PM UTC: Unable to update Group Push mapping target App group 1PW-1: Error while creating user group 1PW-1: Read timed out"

    I would start by checking out your SCIM bridge logs, do they have any extra insight?

    Any advice on what to look for in the logs. I checked ours op-scim.log files and it all looks pretty normal, only error I can see is ""error":"failed to touch session: failed to DoEncrypted: Authorization: (401) (Unauthorized)"

    We've actually seen this a few times since you asked your question and have a ticket to investigate what we can do to fix the issue. In the meantime, some of our customers have had luck following these steps:

    1. Re-Import the users in Okta
    2. Desync the group (leaving it in 1Password)
    3. Re-add the group in Okta
    4. Then in the “Push Groups” tab hit “Refresh app groups”
