Recently 1Password started to ask for permission before filling out fields on a form. I'm noticing that now, when filling out identity information in forms, such as my address, 1Password will fill out the info, and then ask for permission twice. How to repeat:
1. Go to a page with an address form and other fields that won't be filled out by the identity card.
2. Hit command \, choose an identity, hit enter.
3. The form populates.
4. Hit tab to go to another field.
5. The message "Click OK to fill your 1Password item on...." appears.
6. Click ok.
7. Click into another fields on the form.
8. The message "Click OK to fill your 1Password item on...." appears again.
9. Click ok, nothing happens.

    Hi @sdg!

Can you let us know a URL where this is happening to you, so we can test it? Thank you!
