1Password X does not work when internet is down

I had some problems with my network today. I tried to log into my router, but couldn't retrieve my router password from 1Password X because it couldn't connect to 1password.com.

I don't understand why this network connection is required. As far as I understand, my password vault and the keys to it are stored locally. 1password.com has a backup of it, sure, but I shouldn't need the internet to access my local vault.

Luckily I also had the desktop app installed, but 1password X is supposed to be a full standalone solution.

    Hey @emclain ,

    1Password in the browser should definitely unlock even if you don't have an internet connection. I just tested it with Firefox on my Mac and it unlocked properly.
    Do you happen to have Firefox set to clear out cache/cookies automatically when you close the browser?
