iMac with 11.3.1 and 1Passord 7 with 7.8.3 is intermittently not working. followed advice but no luc

iMac with 11.3.1 and 1Password 7 with 7.8.3. Tried quitting 1P, also reloaded App. Also Quit Safari & reloaded 1P. Also Restarted iMac and reloaded App. Nothing works longer than the immediate session. If working on different programs and return to Safari 1P mini does not work. 1P can be opened and entries edited, but go to any screen that needs a password filled and nothing happens. This is happening daily.
Help really needed.
