Inability to select proper website on iOS app

This issue has been bothering me for a long time.

In the screen shot you will notice there are several entries for userid 852 and 855 for rephunter.net. The problem is that they are for different hosts. For example, some are for www.rephunter.net, but others are for dev.rephunter.net, or other similar sites. So using this selection process is not very workable.

Is there a way to see the host for the login, other than trial and error?
