Failed to delete vault - Error

Hi, I have an issue removing a test Vault I set up while working with out 1Password Business Trail. I've gone to the vault settings and chosen Delete Vault, and I get the following "Failed to delete vault" error (see attachment).

I've tried this over the last few days but always get the same error. Any ideas what might be causing it?

    Decided to try 1Password again after trialing Dropbox Password for a couple of months, only to be stymied by the exact issue mentioned by the OP in this thread... :/
