How to sync data from 1Password app in iPhone to the extension on Chrome?

I have created new log-in and passwords via the 1PASSWORD app but when I open the extension on Chrome these data are not updated. Please recommend how to make all sync.

    I had uninstalled the 1Password extension on Chrome since it is not updated with some newest data on iPhone. I have then tried installing the extension of Chrome for 1Password again but it shows that start.1Password took to long. Please help.
