can one create a function key like F5 ti input the "password" from password?
Whenever I go into a website, Password box comes up where I have to cut and paste the password into it so it 'releases' the username password onto the site. Presently I having to cut and paste the main password for it to work. Long ago, I would create a Function key and or shortcut to do this automatically and faster. I tried doing this on my iMac vis terminal and other ways to change a keyboard shortcut but its not working. Am I missing some important step or does this not work?

1Password does not support this for security reasons: if you could paste the password this way, it would mean that the password was stored unencrypted somewhere on your device, which would be a security risk. The Master Password should only live in your head, and if it's too painful to type, we have some suggestions to improve that here:
