Extension in Firefox on Windows shows vaults but no contents

in 1Password in the Browser

I just upgraded to the new extension on Windows and it isn't working for my wife who is on the family plan. She logged in on the extension by typing her master password. We can see the vaults in the extension configuration but if she goes to a web site to authenticate is does not give any suggestions, and the extension does not show any logins. If she goes to the browser 1Password it does show her logins in the vault. I've rebooted but no luck.

    never mind, the accounts were in the old local vault.
