1Password Chrome 2.0.0 update - no longer auto fills (or shows 1Password icon) for AutoTask PSA OTP
AutoTask PSA has the username, password and OTP on separate "screens" (no page refresh, it just transitions to the next screen). Before the 2.0.0 extension update, the OTP field would prefill most of the time or when it didn't, I could click the 1Password icon and select the entry which would fill in the token value. Now, the OTP field does not prefill and does not have an icon for me to click. Right clicking the field and selecting "show 1password" does not appear to do anything.
As far as I can tell, the only change is 1Password as AutoTask PSA has not had any updates since April.

Hey @rage8885. We did make some changes around one-time password filling in the latest update, so it's possible we have a regression on this site. On the page with the one-time password field, could you please
- Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar
- Choose Help > Collect Page Structure
- Send that resulting file to us via email at support+x@1password.com
This will provide the information necessary for our development team to investigate why filling isn't working on this page, since we can't access it ourselves. :smile:
