QR scanner not working and cant be allowed in settings.

Hi there,

We use 1password for business and we have had several cases where our users could not use the QR code scanner function nor could they allow it in the System Prefs.
Tested on several OS versions and also several 1Password versions.
Restarting and resetting the Mac and app did not work, re-installing 1Password also did nothing.
We've read that is sometimes happens with the App store version but we don't use that.

Any advice on how to proceed?
